Brief Answer:
carpal tunnel syndrome?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

it sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome. In this syndrome the symptoms are typically evident during the night. Numbness is the most common symptom. The first three digits are affected (thumb, index, middle finger). The treatment is surgical for most patients. You should visit an orthopedics specialist for clinical examination and diagnosis.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
