Question: If my nuts are swollen and heart the doc all ready felt of them and said I had Epididits did I get it from my wife's wet discharge and can I give it back to her or will she get anything from me like an itchy puss or what

Epididymitis can be caused by unprotected intercourse indeed. Usually its bacterial infection and has nothing to do with STD. In other words if she has given this bacteria to you, it does not mean that she did get it from someone else. She may just have regular bacterial infection.
If your inflammation is limited to the epididymis, it is not contagious. If you do release some bacteria with sperm, you may cause your wife bacterial infection of vagina.
That is why you should get proper antibiotics treatment (like Ciprofloxacine).
