Brief Answer:
STD possible, if Cipro doesnt help, antibiotic switch advisable

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

Possible you have gotten infected with gonorrhea or chlamydia. If the cipro doesn't get a hold of it, your doctor needs to switch the antibiotic to another substance like azithromycine, or doxycycline.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarifications you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards

I think I have described my symptoms in error. I have no eurolgical symptoms to speak of, but I think the glands are actually on legs and pain is on my inner thighs on both sides and skin is red and if I am not mistaken warm to the touch. The pain seems to be muscular in nature other than one painful rash on inner thigh.

I think I am going to have it checked in the morning.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Skin condition like fungus also possible

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the specification.

From that new description a skin condition like fungus also seems possible. To be treated with special cream/ ointment to be prescribed by dermatologist. Feel free to attach a picture, then I can say even more.

Best regards, please kindly rate if helpful
