Hello,

I read through these symptoms and there are a few things to consider:

Given the generalized symptoms, tender lymph nodes, insomnia, headaches, fatigue - there is the possibility that you have fibromyalgia, and there is medication for that now. But fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion so it is important to investigate some of these symptoms first.

1. Make sure to have those lymph nodes checked by a doctor, in person.
2. Make sure to have a headache evaluation - also by a doctor (not a PA or NP).

I would also recommend a CBC with Differential to see if there is an underlying infection going on or other problems that can be accessed by a blood count. It would also provide information on the status of your anemia. The fatigue may be related to the anemia. A TSH blood test to a look for thyroid problem is indicated too, because of the fatigue.

I think it is time to go back and have another Pap smear since it has been years since your colposcopy. You can discuss your oligomenorhea (decreased number of periods) when you go in to see the OB.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
