Question: Hi I delivered a baby 4 months ago I feel like a very small round gland behind his ear it is very very minute n looks likes it connected to nerves which I can feel but cannot see is that gland or anything which I need to check with doctor

But there is no need to worry if they are painless, less than 1 cm in diameter, 1-2 in number and with normal overlying skin and asymptomatic baby.
So, stay calm and there is absolutely no need to visit a pediatrician for this finding.
