Question: I noticed pain while wiping recently so tonight I took a look. My clotoris is swollen and their is a white discharge. It is coming from the clitoris , not the vagina

This may be fungal infection or STD SO you should do tests to rule these out. Clitoris may also be swollen due to sexual intercourse or uroinfection. I suggest to apply Nistatine locally for several days,have good hygiene and drink raspberry tea. Wish you good health. Regards
