Brief Answer:
This is not fatal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case and I can assure you that it is not fatal.

You can have following causes of swelling in ankle, feet and calves.
1. Reaction to Adderall
2. High blood pressure
3. Long hour standing

So I would suggest you to meet your physician and check your ECG and Blood pressure. I would also suggest you to get your liver function test as some time low protein can also cause such side effects.

I would advice you following.
1. Avoid heavy salt intake
2. Avoid prolong standing
Also stop Adderall if your doctor recommends.

I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
I wound recommend you to test these

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest you to test them again. In my opinion in some cases Adderall causes swelling in calves, I would suggest you to discuss with your doctor and if he also believe same then you can stop this for some time.
thanks.
