Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Right Mons Swelling/Under Evaluation

Hi Dear !! Thanks for query to HCM.
Read and reviewed your query and under stood your health concerns about your daughter.
Based on the given information, that swelling which vanishes after urinating, could be from Right Groin Hernia.

How long is that swelling is there? Is there any complaint besides this from your daughter?
Do's Suggested-
I would suggest you to Consult Surgeon.
As there are no complaints with urination, Other possibilities need to be verified by-
USG of the right groin
Hope this would resolve your query and worry with it.

The swelling is since today morning, and no other symptoms and discomfort while urinating. Please suggest me is this something serious needing treatment more than medicines?... I am too worried, as my daughter is too young.. do you think she will be needing surgery?.. should I take her to gynaecologist?

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Just Don't worry -Get Surgeon's Opinion !!

Hi Dear !! Thanks for the query updates .
Reviewed your query in context to Your updates and health concerns expressed.
Based on the facts submitted in your updates, In My opinion,You should get Consultation and Physical Examination from Surgeon.

My Opinion-
Just Don't Worry, till the Surgeon's Findings are known to YOU.
If you update the picture of the Swelling, things could be resolved from that information too-prima facie.
Keep Me updated on this information.
AS you don't have any complaint with urination,I don't think that there is reason to worry immediately.

Do's Suggested-
You can just plan the Consultation and physical Examination with Surgeon.and update his reports for Second opinion from ME.
USG study and physical evaluation would be needed before any further opinion could be given on your health issues of your daughter.

As such NO MEDICINES for the issues submitted.
Do update Me after USG scan(Ultra Sono Graphy Scan)of the Swelling and Consultation Report of Surgeon.IF need be You could get Gynecologist report also, after getting the Surgeon's opinion.

I would review and would give you further suggestions in this matter.
TILL THEN JUST DON'T WORRY ...!!And Keep Me updated.

Hope this reply would reduce your worries with your query and health concerns.
