Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Penis After Using Viagra
Question: Hi... Took Viagra n had some intense bareback sex last nite. No discomfort. Had sex again(protected) today n now I notice my penis looking much thicker than it usually is. When I pull back the foreskin from my head it all forms a balloon like swelling in the middle to lower base of penis shaft. Very disconcerting pls help !!!

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had rough ,vigorous sex after having achieved hard erection by taking Viagra
and now have noticed balloon like swelling of shaft of the penis .

1) Are you able to replace your foreskin back over the glans penis ?
2) Is it possible to upload photograph of your penis ?
Based on the facts that you have posted I think you have developed Paraphimosis .However diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified general surgeon .You may need to reduce it manually or by injecting Inj Hyluranidase locally .
Take antibiotics like Augmentin and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac and Serropeptidase twice daily .
Ensure to clean our genital with warm water twice daily .
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured completely .

Sounds very scary... Have uploaded my pics... I can pull my foreskin back as u see in pics as well as cover the head of penis. But when pulling back it kind of folds up lil extra in the middle of the penis. See pic. Can still get a erection. Again pic attached. Saw some images in Google about Paraphimosis ... Doesn't look like that.. Yet !!

It could be due to edema of the shaft of the penis resulting ot of rough and vigorous sex .
Take anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac for couple of days .
