Brief Answer:
Thyroid gland swelling- needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having growth over Adam's apple. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any weekness or fatiguebility ?
Is your growth associated with throat pain ?

As per your clinical details, it appears to be thyroid swelling ( goiter) or perichondritis ( infection of cartilage shows pain and swelling).

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ent examination, blood tests ( thyroid profile). If necessary ultrasound neck (to know the size and extent), depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.

If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Nutritional deficiencies/hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

Constant fatigue suggests nutritional deficiencies (your blood tests are normal) and hypothyroidism. Frequent episodes of cold and sore throat denote some form of allergy related to environmental dust.

Kindly go ahead for the investigations, what I have already mentioned.

All the best, Take care.

Brief Answer:
Thyorid homone irregularities can cause head-ache.

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

Yes. Head-ache could be due to electrolyte imbalance and fluctuation in blood sugar levels secondary to thyroid gland abnormalities.

Checkout with thyroid profile and the above investigations what I have already mentioned.
