Gynaecomastia is swelling of breast tissue in males. It can be because of hormonal imbalance, But in your case first you need to confirm whether it's gynaecomastia or not. It will be helpful if you upload a pic. Is the swelling over nipples?

Saw the images. It is Gynecomastia. You can meet a plastic surgeon, if you are really worried. It may require a minor surgical procedure. You don't need to bother a lot, but before that get your thyroid profile done.
