Brief Answer:
impaired venous drainage most likely..

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Given the over weight and lots of walking, this probably indicates an impaired venous drainage from the lower limb. There can also be some varicosities unnoticed. I recommend you avoid prolonged walking-take some rest and do leg muscle stretching exercise after every 15-20 minutes walking / standing. Elastic stockings also can offer some help. Weight reduction by diet and lifestyle modification can offer significant help in the long term. Excess fat on our belly can compress venous outflow from legs,at the inguinal region.

But if this was a recent onset, we have to rule out some other conditions also-like any soft tissue infection (less likely if no pain/fever), deep venous thrombosis etc.

I would suggest you see a physician and rule out infection, DVT and other conditions as the first step. You may be asked for some investigations like RBS, Lipid profile, Doppler ultrasound etc.

Hope you got cleared now.If you have no further questions, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wishing for good health,Thank you.
