Brief Answer:
Sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,

Sun tanning is a most common problem with Fitzpatrick skin type 3, 4 & 5.
Use broad spectrum sunscreen with higher SPF 50+ and with boot star rating +++.
These are OTC and can be purchased without prescription.
This will prevent further tanning. It should be applied every 2 hours in the first half of the day for at least three times.
To remove tanning there are lots of office procedure like chemical peeling, microdermabrasion and creams which can be applied locally.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks
