Suggest Treatment For Sudden Chest Pain
Question: Was in. Hospital chest pains heart doc. Ran some test stress than sonagram type test said blood. Not pumping heart. 35/50 so he did cardiac XXXXXXX said. Heart is ok may be lung issue I have high both times. Before the XXXXXXX he claim it was bloodflow problem. How do you feel

Symptoms of lung and heart condition have considerable overlap between them. It becomes extremely difficult to differentiate the two clinically. However if you had a low ejection fraction, I wouldn't completely rule out a heart problem. Did the doctor consider repeating echocardiogram at a later stage? If not, I would consider it.
Lung problem can be assessed / identified through set of tests that include chest x-ray or High resolution CT scan. Not to mention a good clinical examination will be an important diagnostic tool.
I feel, I need more details about your symptoms - what were the exact symptoms / associated symptoms? How did it develop? About your age and previous medical condition. Sorry he said blood not pumping blood to enough. Was. 35 had a stress test. No treadmill he the. Same thing so he order. A echogram visited him and he said it is what he said it. The. Same thing so he order a cardiac XXXXXXX Came back today and said looks ok may be lung issue. I don't understand

I assume you developed this pain suddenly without warnings. In such cases if cardiologist are sure it isn't from the heart, then we may consider wait and watch policy. That being said, I am still not aware of your complete history and past medical illness which are useful data to understand/relate the lung problem.
Alternatively, radiological investigations such as chest x-ray and CT scan may be used to look for lung problem. You can consider it if suspicions about lung ailment are high.
