Question: I am a 30 year old male with no medical issues. Lately through out the day I will feel shakey, I will break out into profuse sweating episodes and I will feel physically exhausted and very irritable. The symptoms do not seem to subside after eating either. I am aware this could be s/sx of hypoglycemia, is there anything else that may be causing this?
thanks, XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
