Brief Answer:
Proper hygiene and medications to be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for using HealthCareMagic for your query,

The problem your son is having, called as Stye. Most likely it's bacterial in his case.Wash eyes three times a day with cold water. Don't rub the eyes with bare hands and try not to touch the eyes, as infection could transfer from one eye to other.

Please discuss with your ophthalmologist to start him on eye drop Moxifloxacin 2-2-2 (2 drop thrice daily). Eye ointment Tobramycin twice daily Apart from that oral medicines should be started, tab Fexofenadine 30mg once daily, Tab Cefixime (as advised by treating doctor) A swab of eye should be taken to rule out if it's bacterial or allergic.

Please consult your ophthalmologist and discuss these options of above-mentioned medicines. An anti-oxidant immune booster should be given to boost immunity of your child.

Thanks
