Brief Answer:
possible uroinfection

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
Most common cause is uroinfection which may present with colour and odour changes and burning pain during urination. YOu should drink plenty of fludis and take raspberry tea. Also, antibiotic called nitrofurantoin is required, and you should do urinoculture and urine analysis. Second cause is rectovaginal or rectovesical fistula and if uroinfection is ruled out, you need to see gynecologist and urologist to evaluate and rule out these conditions which are rare but may indciate some serious causes. Wish you good health. Regards
