Brief Answer:
Clarify some points.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

You've to clarify if the leakage is continuous or only when you feel like passing urine.
You may have leakage with coughing or straining, like lifting weights.

If you've done any tests, send all the reports.
Wish you well.

thank you for your questions. The leakage is not continuous. It happens when coughing or when time to pass urine and I leak prior to making it to the bathroom. This never occurred until I fractured the pelvis. Will this correct itself as the pelvis healed itself after 3 months? thank you for your advisement.

Brief Answer:
You've stress incontinence of urine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
That's suggestive of stress incontinence of urine.
It could also be due to infection.

You'll need to do some tests to determine further treatment :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. Blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT and platelets.
3. Uroflowmetry test.
4. Ultrasound-KUB,with residual urine.

According to the reports,an expert opinion can be given about further treatment.
In the meantime, you may start a bladder relaxant drug like,Flavoxate daily.

Wish you well.
