Brief Answer:
Size of calculus is increased in July report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Both reports shows presence of gall bladder calculus.Size of calculus is increased in July report.
I suggest for definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus.
Definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus is surgical removal of gall bladder(cholecystectomy).
Gall bladder calculus is prone to infection and obstruction,so it is advised to get rid of calculus early.

April report also mention about increased echotexture of liver and it may indicate fatty liver.Fatty liver is not mentioned in july report.Early fatty changes in liver is a subjective finding, this may be the reason for not mentioning it in july report.
However, she may need to exclude other findings related to fatty liver like investigations routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, lipid profile.
Fatty liver is a reversible condition and she should avoid fatty food and increase her physical activity.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
