Brief Answer:
what is the exact location of pain?

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. What is the exact location of pain. ?
Is it on epigastric region below rib cage. ?
right or left. ?
Is there any painful urination. ?
whether heat application gives relief. ?
Do you have regular bowel movements. ?
Is the pain related to food intake especially fatty foods. ?
when it started. ?

It can be due to gastritis. If it is that then applying hot water bags on abdomen will give you relief. You can also take proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole ( Nexium ).
But if there is no improvement then other problems related to acute abdomen like urinary stones or gall bladder problems should be ruled out by doing an ultrasound examination.

Please update with above information.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Most likely from Gastritis and motility dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

It is most likely due to gastritis and motility dysfunction. Long term therapy with proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) and motility enhancers like domperidone will be helpful to clear this.
You should be careful in diet also. Avoid excess oily , fatty and fried foods. Carbonated drinks , coffee and alcohol should be avoided also. Have light meals at short intervals. Use XXXXXXX warm water for drinking. You can have ginger tea which will give soothing effect. Applying hot water bags on abdomen while getting discomfort is also good.
If there is no improvement after 1 month then you should consult a gastro enterologist to find out exact status and to manage it. You might have to do fibrogastro duodenoscopy also in such case.

Let me know if anything not clear.
