Question: can a stomach fall. I am overweight well I have a big belly than another one underneath well I got up Tuesday morn. and it felt that the bottom one fell and I have this roll and the bottom hurts. is that possible?

I understand that your bottom part of the belly feels to have to sunk. It is possible especially in over weight people. I strongly recommend that you get an USG abdomen done to rule out strangulated hernia as soon as possible, especially because it is painful. Meet a general surgeon as soon as possible
