Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain When Recovering From UTI

Question: Hello doctor,

Hope u remember my daughter case last week which you advised me on her urinary infection. She was continued her antibiotic 7 days. Now she has no that much stomach pain, but now and then she says that she has stomach ache. As per your advise she has increased her liquid intake.
How to go further, please advise.

Thanks for writing back. Yes Mam I do remember
I am glad there are improvement in symptoms. Apart from urinary tract infection, Constipation and worm infestation are other cause of persistent pain in abdomen.

If there is no constipation then empirical treatment with deworming agent like Albendazole 400 mg single dose irrespective of body weight will be helpful.
