Brief Answer:
Likely to be viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir

Going by description of pain in abdomen and fever in family members possibility of non specific viral infection needs to be considered.

If there is no associated rash then there seems to be no cause for concern.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Take care
