Brief Answer:
Seems like acute gastroenteritis, you need to take ORS and antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you have suffered from acute gastroenteritis and 3 days history is suggestive of both bacterial and amoebic origins, though abscence of blood and mucus favors more towards bacterial one. You can confirm by a stool analysis test. It is better to have serum electrolytes and creatinine and urea levels checked to measure important electrolytes loss.

In any case, the major issue is salt and water loss. You need to reassure to overcome those losses by using oral rehydration salts in 01 litre distilled or boiled water, and use 2-3 litres per day minimum.

Also in my clinic I usually suggest such patients with ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for five days alongwith metronidazole 400mg three times daily for 3-5 days.

For cramps and pains, you can use anti spasmodic drugs like drotaverine or hyoscyamine. Use soft diets with less spices and protein content for few days. Check your water resources as if it is being suffered by whole family it wither came through water or some contaminated food.
