Question: My sister is having very bad stomach cramps... She has thrown up tums and pepto bismol... What is the best, strongest, medicine at Walgreens that we can get her?

Hi,

Unfortunately the best and effective antispasmodic drugs are not available over the counter. Besides peptobismol, peppermint pills is the only other over the counter antispasmodic medication. You may try that. But if she doesn't feel better, it is wise to visit the ER from where you can obtain a script for dicyclomine.

Alternately, as per my knowledge a few walgreens stores have an inhouse doctor / healthcare provider who may assess the problem and prescribe drugs.
