Brief Answer:
Consult physiotherapist and neurologist for further guidance.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
I will advise you to consult physiotherapist and neurologist for further guidance.

For these symptoms you can take analgesic and neurotropic medication like pregabalin. This can be started consulting your doctor.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to neck.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vitamin B12 and vitamin D3 level.

After clinical examination, medications for migraine like sumatriptans can be started consulting your doctor.

Lifestyle Modifications will help to reduce headache episodes
- Proper nutrition
- Regular physical activity
- Adequate sleep
- Stress reduction strategies
• Identify and avoid triggers (e.g., tobacco smoke, strong odors, or sprays).
• Address workplace ergonomics. (Attention to workplace ergonomics and instruction in self-care of neck tension can have a dramatic effect on headache frequency.)

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health

Take care.

Brief Answer:
No need of operation at this stage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have studied your questions

Vitamin B12 has role in functioning of nerve conduction if there are low level then mild nerve compression can lead to more damage of nerve and subsequently more neck pain.
Vit D3 is important for bone maintenance; low level can cause weakness of vertebral architecture. Weak vertebral bone can lead to diffuse neck pain.

Infra red radiation is not so effective so I do not advise this for you.

No need of operation at this stage.

Pain increasing in winter suggests possibility of arthritis.

Viral infection may lead to cord edema, but there should be some blood test which may direct towards viral infection.

Interferential therapy is modality of deep muscle relaxation. You can take IFT from physiotherapist.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Take care
