Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I understand your concern regarding neck and back ache since few weeks. It is commonly seen in people working continuously over system for long durations.

Following the given measures would help in relieving your symptoms:
1. Maintain proper postures while working. Make sure you sit with proper back and arm support.
2. Raise your laptop to your eye level.
3. Rotate your neck clockwise and anti clockwise for 10 to 15 mins every hour or so.
4. Take 10 mins break from work every hour or so.
5. Walk around, stretch your arms and legs frequently in between.
6. Analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for 3 to 4 days along with application of analgesic spray like volini and hot fomentation with hot water bag will help in reducing back ache.
7. Follow regular physical exercise routine.

Thanks Dr XXXXXXX for prompt reply. I check with office services team for me to raise your laptop to your eye level, i would need separate monitor or laptop docking station. For office to provide this they would need doctor prescription stating that i need any of these devices.

Can you please provide prescription so that i can submit the same (scan copy or e-copy or pdf) in office to get those device so that i can work without current issue of neck pain exaggerating?
