Brief Answer:
You need investigation and assessment

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Stiffness of the neck, back and chest can be due to many causes at your age.
Such pains can be due to faulty postures, pleurisy, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or polymyalgia rheumatica.
You must be examined by a local physician and should get X rays of the affected regions that is neck, lumbosacral spine and chest for any musculoskeletal or inflammatory problem.
Also get CBC, CRP, ESR and RA factor test of blood.
A trial of pain killers and spasm relievers may be of help to you.
I hope the advice will be helpful for you.

Regards,
Dr. Ram Choudhary
