Hello XXXXXXX

Welcome again.

The symptoms you are having (sore throat, sneezing, watery eyes) might be symptoms of a viral infection. In this case they may last up to 1 week.
You can take panadol (Paracetamol) or Ibuprofen to ease the symptoms.
You can do salt water gargles several times a day to ease the sore throat.

If the symptoms persist longer than 7-10 days ,it is possible that the symptoms are due to allergic reaction (probably to dust). This will cause inflammation and congestion in nose, throat ,eyes. In this case there are otc medications to help with the symptoms.

Regarding the episode of pain and tremor in your forearm ,most likely is related to the excessive work on hand .The pain might be a muscular pain or related to the nerve irritation in forearm.
The nerves that control hand motility and sensitivity can become inflamed and irritated due to muscle compression on forearm. It is not related with your diet.
You don't need to worry.
Take Ibuprofen for the pain and try not to do hard works with the hand.
If the pain and tremor persist and becomes chronic ,it may need evaluation.Otherwise it is not of concern.
Hope it helps.
Please let me know if you need further help.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena

Hello again XXXXXXX

The lesion in your mouth was caused from injury (cut by teeth). It is normal that after a cut the are will swell. This doesn't indicate any disease.
Yes,persistent and frequent mouth ulcers can be associated with some gastrointestinal disease (inflammatory bowel disease,Behcet's disease etc).In these cases you also would have other symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea with pus and blood in stool.Since these conditions are chronic you would have symptoms for years now.

It is true that Methylcobalamin cause cause a skin rash a side effect but usually this rash is very itchy and doesn't go away until the drug is stopped .
I don't think that the rash in your hand was due to cobal.

Take care.

i was having a rssh that was itchy 3 days before inside my inner part of thighs and it resolved in 2 days ,i eas thinking it might be due to skin contact or friction. Its means cobaL could be a reason?
Now today from morning i am feeling back head pain to neck.is it due to flue?
my stoamch is very much improved ,but as i told you i have stomch twitchings also that gives me fear. And as you know when i have more anxiety ,my stomach problems starts again. How to control that?
you have seen my blood count report?does these indicates vit b defficency ? If not then why my doc suggest me to take cobal for 3 months?

Is it possible that we have a muscle type gland in neck that does not cause pain on pressing and not as much soft. means there is any possibility other then lymp node?

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I apologize for the delay.

Most likely the rash in your thigh is due to friction since it resolved in 2 days.
I don't think the rash is due to cobal because in this case it wouldn't have resolved until you had stopped the medication

The pain in neck and behind head it is a muscular pain that might be related to the viral infection or due to work. You can take Ibuprofen or Panadol for it.

I have seen the blood report again and it is normal ,means you are not anemic.
From this we can conclude that you don't have Vit B12 deficiency or at least you not a severe deficiency that would cause anemia.
The test you have done doesn't evaluate directly the level of Vit B12.
Usually in the first stage of Vit B12 deficiency ,the complete blood count can result normal because anemia isn't developed yet.So a normal test doesn't exclude a moderate Vit B 12 deficiency .
For this reason your doctor has prescribed you Mecobalamin for 3 months. If your symptoms of muscle twitching and vibration sensations were due to Vit B12 deficiency ,they will improve from taking Vit B 12.

If your muscle twitching will not improve at all from taking Vit B12 ,I would suggest to consult a neurologist for a complete evaluation to exclude any underlying neurological disease and if everything is normal ,he can prescribe you a treatment to improve your anxiety.

Regarding the gland in neck ,apart lymph node it can be lipoma or even a cyst. These are benign findings.A lipoma is a fatty lump that is soft ,doughy to touch and movable. If it is small and doesn't increase in size it is not of concern.

Take care.
