Question: Doctor there is a sore on the frenum of my penus and so many smegma producing than normal produce. And the sore is very painful when touch the water. No any sexual relationship.

Keep good penile hygiene.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
Maintain good penile hygiene, avoiding moisture to remain there.
You can apply Neosporin ointment over that part after washing off all the smegma, twice daily, and avoid masturbation or intercourse, till it clears completely.
If the area becomes reddish in color and becomes painful, you'll also need some antibiotic, which your Urologist can prescribe after examination.
