Brief Answer:
Blood collection is the most probable reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of this lump? It will be much easier to give precise answer.
Lump two weeks after an injury is usually a hematoma. Due to veins rupture during the fall, blood has appeared outside the blood vessels. Some of this blood has spread in the fatty tissues and skin layers. You could see it as a black bruising.
The other part of this blood has appeared in the deeper parts creating a fluid collection. Large blood collection (called hematoma) wont disappear by its own. It can stay in the tissues for weeks. During that time such blood collection can get infected and turn into an abscess. This gives pain, tenderness and swelling.

Hematoma should be drained or incised and evacuated. Please consult general surgeon. Soft tissues ultrasound should be done to confirm this diagnosis.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Spine disc problem is the most probable reason.

Detailed Answer:
Potrwafi dochodzic do samej stopy. Moze byc uczucie goraca w nodze.

Jesli sa problemy przy sikaniu tzn pieczenie, bol podbrzusza, slaby strumien, kamica moczowa moze rowniez dawac takie objawy. taki bol nie promieniuje do stopy, tylko najwyzej do gornej czesci uda.
Nie ma on nic wspolnego z jadrem.

Proponuje Diclofenac 75 mg 2x1 z lekiem oslonowym (Omeprazol 20 mg) raz dziennie, ciepla kapiel ewentualnie pomoc fizjoterapeuty. Plywanie w basenie tez moze pomodz.

Brief Answer:
Nerve compression can be present in the pelvis.

Detailed Answer:
Bol nie musi byc z kredoslupa. Moze byc z miednicy. Podczas siedzenia dochodzi do ucisku na nerw kulszowy. Problem z nerwem powienien rowniez dac mrowienia, zaburzenia czucia.
Zyly moga bolec w przypadku zakrzepicy.
