Brief Answer:
Antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
HI.
Sneezing in the morning is suggestive of an allergy. It is you who has to find out the agent causing sneezing and you have to avoid that particular thing.
Avoiding the allergen ( agent causing allergy ) is the mainstay of the treatment.

Dry cough is again due to allergy, the agents may be the same and this is due to irritation of the respiratory tract. Cough is basically a protective mechanism and body's response to remove the the allergen.
XXXXXXX per se is known for the pollution.

It is better to get an appropriate prescription for an antihistamine and steroids in the form of a spray and orally in reducing the dosage ( if you are not diabetic )
