Brief Answer:
Kindly send the picture of the lump.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
It could be cystic boil if painful but the important thing is to examine or inspect it by the naked eye.
So,if it is possible if you could take the clinical picture of that small lump and upload it on the right side of query page,so that i will be able to guide you better.
awaiting your response.

Best i can do
Brief Answer:
Seems to be having boil or furuncle.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for uploading image.
I have carefully seen the lump and redness skin around it.
It seems to be having boil or furuncle which could be due to bacterial infection (mostly staphylococcus) or formed when oil ducts become clogged and infected.
If you will feel the red skin around the lump would be slightly warm to touch compared to normal skin and it might be tender to touch.
Treatment is mainly short course of antibiotics (cefixime or cefadroxyl) with pain killers and antihistamines available over the counter.
For antibiotics, you will need a prescription from some local doctor or GP.
