Suggest Treatment For Small Black Spots Around The Eyes

Question: Hi,

I am 36 years old. I have tiny black warts around my eyes (around 5 warts around each eye). I am observing them since a year. I dint have them before. Could you please suggest how thay can be removed & how to prevent them from spreading? Can they be reomved without laser or any invasive procedure?

It is not wart.
These black dots are blocked and enlarged sebaceous glands.
These need to be removed by using radiofrequency ablation.
Please meet a dermatologist and get it removed.
It will take less than half hour for removal.
