I have thoroughly reviewed health query you raised, and well realize all of those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

I feel really sorry for the health issues your Son has. It is the external hemorrhoids that bleed sometimes in this way as he has got. In many people they bleed just on defecation.

In either way management goes the same way. He has to take care of his diet in particular. No spices, fried food, junks, beverages, caffeinated drinks and energy drinks, high protein foods etc (avoid all of them).

He should take vegetables, salads and fruits. Fluids are encouraged as much as he can take. Keep a physical activity as per ease.

Avoiding constipation is the best remedy and prophylactically add LACTULOSE SYRUP at night for softening up the stools. Harder stools give more friction and causes bleeding.

CITRUCEL dietary fiber supplement is a must for him (to be taken with plenty of drinking water).

Yes, sitz bath is good for healing and soothing effects. Carry it on.

Hope I addressed all the concerns you have. Let me know if you have further questions. I will be more than happy to clear any doubts. Please give your 'rating' (if agreed, Five Stars) to help me assist patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to click on 'Close The Discussion'.
