Question: I have sinusitis, my nose is blocked and I have difficulty in breathing? Is it serious coz its very scary? What should I do?

Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Sinusitis that you have is precipitated by acute upper respiratory tract infection causing all the symptoms mentioned by you.
Its not a serious condition, can be treated.
follow this treatment regimen,
1. steam inhalation should be taken thrice daily.
2. tab. levofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 5 days
3. tab pan 40 one in the morning 30 mins before food for 5 days
4. tab. montek lc once daily in the night for 5 days.
If these symptoms persist after 2days of starting treatment, I recommend you to visit ENT specialist and get evaluated.
