Brief Answer:
please clarify which drug you have...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

pentads is not an FDA approved drug. I can't find any information about it in the internet. Please tell me which is the active substance of this drug, so I can tell you the right dosage. The primary regimens for acute sinusitis is amoxicillin-clavulanate 875/125 bid

Alternative regimens include any of the following:
- doxycycline 100mg bid
- levofloxacin 750mg once daily
- moxifloxacin 400mg once daily
- cefuroxime 500mg bid

Perhaps this "pentads" is moxifloxacin?

All the aforementioned drugs should be given for 5-7 depending on patient's response.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
