i feel stuffed and i have a painful headache and some times i get a very bad pain near my cheek bone, I used to suffer from dust allergy, and keep sneezing the entire and and then i used to have a bad headache and my eyes used to go red after few days i realized i keep getting cold every now and then with a running nose and a bad headache and facial pain. I have not undergone any investigation like X-ray or CT scan of PNS, the discharge from my nose is sometimes clear sometimes its thick and yellow. I have started using it for my dust allergy and i use it only when i sneez, i barely use it, because i tried using sometimes and it never gave me any relief.

So better to get done x ray of para nasal sinuses (PNS) to rule out chronic infective sinusitis.

You should also take anti allergic and anti histamine combination orally.
You need to take these treatment for longer duration. Once control is achieved, you can gradually taper down these drugs.
Since all these drugs are prescribed medicines, you need to consult ENT surgeon and get these prescription.
So consult ENT surgeon and discuss all these.
