Suggest Treatment For Sinus And Fistula

Question: I have a multi coxiganial sinus and phischula at my waste. I took advices from many of surgeon doctors and all of them told me that it has only one way, which is surgery, but there is a 99% chance to come back the same things after few years from Surgery. After heared the same thing from more than one doctors, I scared and now under treatment of Homeopathy.
It is improving, but it is taking so many times. After treated 2.5/3 yrs in homeopathy it is improved only 20 to 25 percent and the Doctor said that it will take 2 yrs more to completely removed.
please suggest.
