Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis of knee

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

From the symptoms that you have mentioned,it seems that you are suffering from osteoarthritis of knee.

In this condition, due to age related weakening of bones and calcium deficiency, the cartilage inside the knee joint is softened.

So,when you bear weight on the knee in a specific position, the inflammed cartilage hurts, leading to pain.

I would suggest you to use a compression bandage or a knee cap around the knee.
Take anti inflammatory tablets like ibuprofen or tramadol/paracetamol.

Get your blood calcium and vitamin D levels checked and if possible, get an Xray of the knee done.

Application of local gel followed by hot fomentation will help.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
