Brief Answer:
Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXXXXXXX, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns. It seems that the pain medication has caused you gastritis . Gastritis is inflammation of the stomach . Please stop the pain medication immediately . You may need a medication to relieve gastritis as proton pump inhibitor.

It also seems that your flu is complicated with either a sinus infection or an ear infection. I recommend you go back to the Er as it requires examination to distinguish between sinus infection and ear infection .

I hope I answered your question . if you don't have any other clarifications please close the discussion and rate the answer
