Suggest Treatment For Sexual Perversion
Question: Hello Doctor,
Am having a problem with female domination. My mind always thinks about this like some gal or my gal friend is treating me like a slave... That too not extreme torture...simple like press my legs, idiot,,clean the kitche..go and cook...lot of thinking like this. When i think like this i getting sexually aroused and erect.... This is affecting my sex life..
i had asked my wife to do..she dont like...
how to correct this problem..pls suggest

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Its a sexual perversion and in this the sexual arousal is being felt only when you have sex with an authority figure. And the sexual arousal is not possible without this. But the best part is that among all perversion disorders, the one which you are suffering is very mild and not very impairing. So please dont panic.
Now what you can do about that. Best way would be to meet a psychiatrist along with your wife so that nothing is hidden. As the perversion is not very undoable , may be after understanding the nature of the problem the wife may agree to do what you want.
The second option is to treat it and it is treated with psychodynamic psyvhotherapy, a type of structured counselling. But I want you to let you know here that the results are very poor. But still you may try. Its done by a psychologist.
