Suggest Treatment For Severely Chapped Lips
Question: since October of last year, I have had severe chapped lips, that flake and have cuts on both edges of my mouth. I thought that maybe it had to do with the weather, but it has been intermittent for nearly a year. Can you tell me what it may be or can refer me to the type of specialist I should see?

Simple measures to give u slight benefit would be, to keep them moist with emolients like vaseline or premixed perparations of chapstick. You can also use XXXXXXX oil or paraffin.
For corner of mouths, it the crusts are formed or lesions are deeper, you can use bonojela or somogel. Also get your complete blood picture done to rule out microcytic anemia as iron defeciency can present like this.
If problem persists, you can consult a dermatologist.
