Brief Answer:
Get an endoscopy examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). I appreciate your concerns regarding your daughter. There are many causes for vomiting like obstruction anywhere in the gastrointestinal tract, metabolic cause (however the blood tests are normal), infections, acid peptic disease etc. So I will suggest her to get an endoscopy examination which will narrow down the possibilities or may even find the cause of vomitting. So visit a Gastroenterologist for physical examination and an endoscopy examination

Meanwhile give her tablet vomikind tablet thrice in a day which has ondansetron and is very useful in patients with vomitting. Also give her a prokinetic agent like domperidone 10 mg twice a day half hr before meals

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

Brief Answer:
give her vomikind and domperidone

Detailed Answer:
Helo. I have gone through all the reports. And all are normal Except urine showing few pus cells for which she was prescribed tablet norfloxacin and ultrasound showing galbladder stone for which nothing is to be done. I will suggest you to treat her symptomatically as she is improving also with vomikind and domperidone as I advised earlier. In case there is no improvement in few days then get endoscopy also. I hope this will help her. Wish her a good health

Brief Answer:
loose oesophageal sphincter is the cause for vomiting

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. I have reviewed the report of endoscopy showing loose lower esophageal sphincter with gastric and duodenal erosions. H.pylori is positive.

H.pylori is a bacteria that causes erosions in stomach and duodenum. And your doctor has prescribed antibiotics for h.pylori erradication, one prokinetic agent ganaton od which contain itopride and a proton pump inhibitor.

It is the relaxed lower oesophageal sphincter which is leading to recurrent vomiting. This usually improves with medicines and some lifestyle modifications. Medicines She is prescribed medicines by your doctor and life style changes are ask her not to lie down and drink water soon after taking meals for at least two hours.

I hope this will help her in Improving her symptoms. In case vomiting is there give vomikind to her. Wish her a good health.
