Brief Answer:
I will say monitor only at this time!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed this information fully. Nothing really points to a disease or an ongoing disease process. This is probably a gastric upset and we should exercise patience to see whether all returns soon to normal or not. We expect this to be sooner than later as there are no red flags which suggest a possible disease condition.

I will say, eat healthy, drink much water and fruits, exercise moderately and report progress to me. Feel free to ask of more information and clarifications if need be.
