Question: i have a severe grade varicocele problem in my testicles can u tell how can I improve these problem.whenever I sit on the hard surface my testicles get shrinking hanging and have a swellen in both sides of testicles with some low pain feeling in testicles. how can I improve these problem

This kind of presentation warrants scan for this I advise you to get a scrotal ultrasound doppler to assess the stage of the varicocele.

Stage 1 and 2 can adopt a wait and watch procedure, whereas stage 3 and 4 require immediate surgery.

Hence, I advise you to upload test reports at the earliest to determine an accurate course of action.

In all cases, varicocele is associated with sickening pain in the testicles.This is not of much significance.
