Brief Answer:
Mild gastroenteritis with depleted gut flora.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Firstly thanks for asking query on this forum.

As per your history most likely you are having Mild gastroenteritis.Gastroenteritis means a condition in which mucosa lining of intestine is inflamed leading to abdominal spasms, nausea, loose stools etc. However most commonly its self-limiting and takes about 2 weeks to settle down.

Tests strongly suggested are-

Stool microscopic examination to rule out whether infection is bacterial, protozoal, viral or overlapped.

If possible Ultrasonogram of abdomen to rule out other possible causes like diverticular infection etc.

As you don't want to visit a doctor immediately, treatment advised are-

For spasmodic pain antispasmodic like Dicyclomine can be taken.
Rabeprazole should be taken to provide symptomatic relief in bloating and gas.
Take a probiotic like Econorm regularly. It increases the level of good bacterias in gut hence assisting digestion.

Change in color of stool is due to incomplete breakdown of bile due to increased rate of peristalsis. Once digestion normalizes, color of stool will return to normal.

Hope I answered your query, follow-ups are most welcome!

Thanks!
