Question: I have pains in my throat, i find it difficult to swallow. my throat is also dry

You can do gargles with salt together with Ibuprofen because they help a lot. Continue using the sore throat lozenges that you are using.

If you have high fever and you notice white spots in the tonsils you will need to see a local doctor because you will need a prescription with antibiotics.
