Question: I have orange colored sinus drainage, , sinus pain and pressure, pain behind my right eye, fatigue and nausea.

Based on your description of symptoms, its most likely to be acute frontomaxillary sinusitis. X ray paranasal Sinuses can be advised after consulting an ENT doctor or a GP. Treatment with antibiotics like moxifloxacin, nasal decongestants and steroids , antihistamines and NSAIDs can be commenced.
