Detailed Answer: Thank you for getting back and uploading the MRI/X-ray reports of XXXXXXX Fist of all, I would like to reassure you that there is no serious neurological disease. However, she has mild disc disease in the lumbar (lower back) region. For this, physiotherapy is the main treatment, which would include IFT/ultrasound, etc for pain relief, followed by neck/back extension exercises.
